"Nice frame, but shipping was a little slow"
Not gonna lie, my order from Picture Frames was decent overall. The frame looked nice once I got it, and the size was exactly what I needed, so I can’t really complain about that part.
The only downside was that shipping took longer than I expected, and the package had a small dent when it arrived. Thankfully the frame itself was fine, so it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, not bad, just kind of average.

"Really happy with the acrylic glazing"
I ordered a frame with acrylic glazing and was so pleased when it arrived. It was crystal clear, lightweight, and completely scratch-free. It looks much nicer than I expected for the price, and I’m really happy with how it turned out.

I ordered a frame in a really odd custom size, and I was half expecting it to show up just slightly wrong, because that’s usually how they get you. But nope, it fit my print perfectly with no trimming or weird adjustments needed, which was a huge relief.
I’m giving it 4 stars only because shipping took longer than I expected, and I did start wondering if my package was just sitting in some secret warehouse somewhere. But the sizing was accurate, the frame looks good on the wall, and overall I’m happy with it

"Good overall, though I lost track of the timing"
My frame took a bit longer than I was expecting, or at least longer than I thought it would when I ordered—honestly I may have mixed up the dates a little. It still arrived within the timeframe they listed, so no real issue there. Once it shipped, everything went smoothly. I’d order from pictureframes.com again, but next time I’ll give myself more wiggle room.

"Solid frames that actually hold up!!"
I ordered a couple frames from pictureframes.com a few months back, and I’m glad I waited a bit before writing anything so I could see how they held up.
The frames feel really sturdy, not flimsy or cheap like some others I’ve picked up before. One of them even got knocked off a shelf by accident and somehow didn’t crack or bend, which was a nice surprise!!
They still look great on the wall, and the corners haven’t started separating or looking worn. Ordering was easy, the quality is solid, and I’d definitely buy from them again.

I got the tracking info quickly, and it updated like it was supposed to, so I always had a good idea of where my frame was. That part was definitely easy and stress-free. Nothing really went wrong with the order, though the whole process was kind of basic and not especially impressive. Overall, it was simple and did the job.

I was happy that the frame fit my print exactly right, so I didn’t have to trim anything or fuss with it to make it work. The corners lined up nicely, and once it was together, it felt sturdy.
The finish looks good overall and definitely nice once it’s on the wall. I did notice one small rough spot on the back, but it’s not visible when hanging, so it doesn’t really bother me. Not absolutely perfect, but I’m definitely satisfied with it

"Looks good, but assembly took a bit"
The frames looked nice once I finally got them put together, but the assembly wasn’t as easy as I expected. The instructions were kind of basic, and I ended up having to redo one corner because it didn’t line up right the first time. Not saying it’s a scam, but for the price I was hoping it would be a little more straightforward. It’s not terrible, just took longer than I thought it would.

Got a frame for an old family photo and yeah, I was kinda surprised by how nice it was. It feels really solid, the corners look clean, and the wood has a good look to it, not cheap or flimsy at all. It showed up packed well too, which was nice. I’d totally order from pictureframes.com again...

The frames themselves were fine, but the customer service side was frustrating. I reached out about an issue with my order and didn’t hear back for several days, which I’m sure would be annoying for anyone waiting on a simple answer.
When they finally replied, it felt like they hadn’t really read what I wrote. I had to explain the same thing again and then wait even longer. I wouldn’t say it was the worst experience ever, but for customers who need quick help, the slow replies really make the whole process more stressful than it needs to be.

"Good options, but I felt a little misled"
I needed a weird size frame for an old print, and pictureframes.com did make the custom ordering part easy. There were tons of choices for the frame color, mat size, glass, and everything else, and I liked that I could change my mind a few times without having to start over. That said, I did feel a bit misled by how everything looked during the process. I expected the final frame to be exactly what I had pictured, but when it arrived, it wasn’t quite what I thought I was getting. It’s still a decent frame and the customization options are nice, but I wish the details had been clearer before I ordered
